Also live in my head 🙋🏻‍♀️ I laughed about your house being super on trend in the 1960’s because we have been told the same (ours was built in 1950 and had so many weird quirks that our investor said would have been “very impressive” once upon a time) 😅

I love that! “Very impressive” is so generous. It sounds like we both have our fair share of conversation starters because of our homes. 😅

"I live in a house I never thought I would live in. I believe my words after the first time I saw this house were, “Absolutely not!”---Literally, SAME! lol! I relate so so much of where you live. I to, returned to the area my husband and I grew up, and bought an old fixer upper, and definitely live in my head. Thank you for making other mamas (like me!) feel seen by writing your story!

I love that you returned to your roots after exploring and experiencing bigger cities! My husband and I have lived in several major cities on the east coast (we too grew up in a small town) we settled for in between, a little city 😂

I love that! It sounds like a good compromise. 😊
